Shining of Huaxing Chinese Culture Festival

Thank you to Cape Town HuaXing Arts Group, for proudly hosting the inaugural ‘Shining of Huaxing Chinese Culture Festival’ at the Lourensford Wine Estate’s Twilight Market in Somerset West on Friday 29th March 2019.

Over 6,000 visitors enjoyed six acts covering the whole market space throughout the evening, including Ansai waist and Xing Shi drumming, fan and flower dancers, Beijing opera, Qipao show, martial arts demonstrations, lion and dragon dancing. Extra stalls selling traditional Chinese tea, food and clothing were also open.
