Proud of the three former Grade 12 learners below for their fine achievements in their IEB matric final examinations, cultural and sport extracurricular activities and helping St Benedict's College in Ekurhuleni earn a 100% pass rate for the 46th consecutive year during an unprecedented 2020.

Congratulations to Kevin Yao for obtaining 6 distinctions at an average of 80.6%. The swimmer, pipe band member and marimba player was described as “diligent and willing to fully apply himself to all aspects of his life.

Well done to Jerome Lou for achieving 4 subject A’s at an aggregate of 80.4% and being awarded Hockey Player of the Year. The appointed leader, hockey team vice-captain and cricketer “displayed excellent character traits of honesty, enthusiasm and loyalty” and will be studying Computer Engineering at the University of Pretoria.

Phillip Liu is also commended for attaining 3 subject A’s at an 80.4% average. The “hardworking, dedicated and diligent young man” excelled at rowing, swimming, water polo, hockey and chess.

Class of 2019: Andy Li obtains A's in 8 subjects at an average of 88.7%, ranks within the Top 1% in Life Orientation and Byron Date Line achieves A's in 4 subjects at an aggregate of 80.3% here.
