A massive congratulations to Damian Lai from the Western Cape for clinching a 3rd place podium finish in the CSMX 85cc Junior Club Championship Class for 2025!

What makes this achievement even more special is that Damian only started racing club MX a year ago at age 12 and he’s already proving himself as a serious competitor. His determination, discipline, and pure love for riding shine through every race.

Riding his modified Kawasaki 65cc, Damian takes on brutal terrain mud, sand, sharp rocks, and technical climbs pushing through 6–8km loops for 90 minutes of non-stop endurance and focus. It’s one of the most demanding forms of motorsport, and he’s taken it head-on.

We’re especially proud to see him representing the Chinese community in the South African enduro scene showing what passion and grit can achieve in this tough arena.
