Excelling academically
Aden Sei is a Grade 7 learner at Glenanda Primary School in Johannesburg. During Grade 6, he received Certificates for obtaining 50+ merits and Academic Excellence throughout 2019.
Aden proudly represented Glenanda Primary School in the annual Science Olympiad held at Jeppe High School for Boys during October 2019, where he experienced a Physical Science show and competing in a Coding assignment, and Science and Biology quiz. His team completed the Coding assignment within 15 minutes and finished 2nd out of 14 competing schools.
Aden has maintained first place in CAMI from Grade 1 through Grade 6. He was Glenanda Primary School's Grade 4 representative in the CAMI 'Turning the Tables' Competition at Robertsham Primary School during September 2017 and helped his school achieve 2nd place overall.
Last year, Aden also achieved a place within the Top ten Grade 6 learners for Term one, two and four.
Aden has received multiple prizes since he started school, including five awards for Academic Excellence, one for Academic Achievement and almost 30 certificates, diplomas, a cup, gift vouchers and badges.
