People must not try to be a hero, but rather focus on getting away to a place where they are safe.” ~ Warren Chong

Helping his community stay safe

Many people complain when things happen to them but people need to start being proactive and learn to defend themselves. The CPF faces realistic combat and dangerous situations and they also need to be able to keep themselves and their family safe ” ~ Warren Chong

Thank you to Warren Chong, a resident of Meredale, for completing his second self-defence class to the members of Mondeor Community Policing Forum on Wednesday, 20th September 2017. He hopes to instruct monthly classes with the CFP to continually upskill them to handle situations they face.

The first course was to help the CPF get a basic understanding of self-defence and now the second one is to get a bigger group and help more people. I want to give back to the CPF as they are just members of the community who also need to defend themselves.
