Telly Binge UK Interview
“I loved watching martial arts series as a kid and I’ve trained in Shaolin Kung-Fu myself. Warrior’s fight sequences are entertaining, it is interwoven with drama and covers historical and social issues such as the Chinese Exclusion Act, xenophobia and anti-immigrant sentiment. It’s a show with substance.”

China Plus Feature
"Becoming an actor, it was something that I fought against doing. I didn't want to be typecast and be the Jackie Chan or Bruce Lee. So I kind of avoided those roles but funnily enough now, you know one of my heroes is, and I think for alot of a Chinese people is Bruce Lee. I mean, he's such an iconic man that I'm doing a TV series that he conceptualised with his daughter Shannon producing. So yeah, it's a martial arts series, but at times you can't really fight against that, you've got to go with it".
